What is the FriendshipMiami?

FriendshipMiami is a unique organization with a refreshing approach to helping families who have children with special needs. Our innovative programming and creative activities are designed to foster relationships between community teenagers and the children by drawing on the love and boundless dynamism of our teenage population.

This program will be under the direct guidance of Dr. Joan Bornstein, who was the director of Easter Seals for 40 years, guiding programs for children and adults with disabilities. There will be a professional instructor interacting with the children at each program through yoga music and other activities.

This 2010 year, Sunday Circles will be on the following Sundays:

March 7 Circle 1
March 21 Circle 2
April 18 Circle 3 *
May 2 Circle 4
May 23 Circle 5

For children ages 5-12
Located at Chabad of the Grove
3713 Main Highway Coconut Grove, FL
1:00 pm –3:00pm
